Refund policy
Return Window
We accept returns only if:
- The product is damaged
- You received the wrong item
- There's a manufacturing defect
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- To qualify:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Item: Boardshorts
Boardshorts are not eligible for return or exchange. Due to hygiene considerations and the nature of their intended use, returns or exchanges on boardshorts will only be accepted in case of a defect, damage, or if an incorrect item was received.
How to Start a Return
Email info@aurawear.in with:
- Your order number
- What you'd like to return and why
If approved, we'll send you:
- A return shipping label
- Easy steps to send the product back
Please note: returns sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Fee
- If we arrange the pickup, ₹100 will be deducted from your refund.
- If you ship it back yourself, there's no deduction.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
If it's been more than 15 business days and you haven't received your refund, contact us at info@aurawear.in.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, place a new order after returning the original (if eligible).
